What is included in the $59/month?
Your $59/month covers the rental of both a full-size washer and a full-size dryer, and delivery to your home. A $95 installation fee applies; this fee is waived if you rent the units for 3 months or more. All ongoing maintenance or repairs are included — if a unit stops working, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost for covered issues.
Is there a minimum rental term or contract?
No long-term contract is required. We ask for a standard rental agreement, but you’re free to cancel any time with appropriate notice as outlined in your agreement. There are no early-termination penalties like you’d see with big-box or cable-style contracts.
What happens if my washer or dryer breaks?
Simply contact our support team. We’ll schedule a visit to diagnose the issue and either repair the appliance or swap it out for a working unit as quickly as possible. You won’t pay anything extra for covered repairs or replacements.
Do you service apartments and upstairs units?
Yes, we regularly deliver to apartments, condos, and multi-story homes across the Treasure Valley. Delivery is included. As long as the space is properly set up for a washer and dryer (with proper hookups), we can install your rental set — a $95 installation fee applies, but it’s waived if you rent the units for 3 months or more.

Delivery is included in your monthly $59 payment. A $95 installation fee applies; this fee is waived if you rent the units for 3 months or more. We will even deliver to your upstairs apartment!
What if I want to cancel?
We will come and remove the machines, no questions asked.
Can you haul away my old washer and dryer?
Yes! We do charge a small $75 fee for this service to cover our costs.
