What is included in the $59/month?
Your $59/month covers the rental of both a full-size washer and a full-size dryer, delivery to your home, professional installation, and all ongoing maintenance or repairs. If a unit stops working, we either fix it or replace it at no extra cost to you.
Is there a minimum rental term or contract?
No long-term contract is required. We ask for a standard rental agreement, but you’re free to cancel any time with appropriate notice as outlined in your agreement. There are no early-termination penalties like you’d see with big-box or cable-style contracts.
What happens if my washer or dryer breaks?
Simply contact our support team. We’ll schedule a visit to diagnose the issue and either repair the appliance or swap it out for a working unit as quickly as possible. You won’t pay anything extra for covered repairs or replacements.
Do you service apartments and upstairs units?
Yes, we regularly deliver to apartments, condos, and multi-story homes across the Treasure Valley. As long as the space is properly set up for a washer and dryer (with proper hookups), we can install your rental set.

What types of washers do you offer?
We offer solid, dependable, slightly older top-loading washers. These are simpler, clean better, and are more reliable than many of the newer models available.
Do you deliver and install the machines?
Yes! Delivery and installation is included in your monthly $59 payment. We will even deliver to your upstairs apartment!
What if I want to cancel?
We will come and remove the machines, no questions asked.
Can you haul away my old washer and dryer?
Yes! We do charge a small $75 fee for this service to cover our costs.
